Drink clean water with a balanced amount of natural electrolytes and minerals. Remember balance and all things in moderation is key. Your body needs a balanced ph alkalinity versus acidity in certain instances so don’t go overboard with alkaline water! My rule of thumb is to drink half of my body weight in ounces each day, or at least 10 cups of mostly water and some water-based products such as tea.
